Well, Vandy Vape engineers decided to rectify the situation and, together with the vape reviewer Matt from SMM (aka Suck My Mod), released the GAUR-21 Box Mod. This mod is positioned by the manufacturer as the lightest box for two 21700 batteries, but there are still a bunch of other goodies, such as a cool board, fast charging and protection against water and dust ingress.

The device is designed for use with two high-current batteries of the 21700 or 18650 format, provided that the included adapter is used.
